MOVEMAMÍ offers FREE shipping for Australia-wide purchases when using the special code 'FREESHIP'.
Please note that you will only be able to use one single promo code per order.
We ship domestically with Australia Post and aim to deliver within 2-3 business days almost anywhere in Australia.
Please allow 1-3 days handling time before your order is dispatched. Where possible we will try to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase, but this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time. Orders that are placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday will not be processed until the next business day, at the earliest. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public Holidays.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order. A subsequent email will be sent confirming that the goods have been dispatched and providing your parcel tracking number.
Please note we fly your order to you internationally for a standard flat fee of $25AUD for the first item and $10AUD for each additional item.
International Delivery Time
We may ship via a few different couriers. We aim to deliver Internationally within 5 business days.
PLEASE NOTE THESE DELIVERY TIME FRAMES ARE JUST ESTIMATES AND DO NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT FACTORS SUCH AS PEAK TIME & CUSTOMS CLEARANCE.
You are responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed during the importation into your country. Please note that any parcels that remain uncollected for a period of time will generally be returned to MOVEMAMÍ as an uncollected item, which will incur a reshipping fee, which you are liable to pay. MOVEMAMÍ is not liable for any packages that are left unattended on your front door if you give authorization for any goods to be left.
You may exchange your order within 30 days of receiving your goods by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging and posted with tracking back to us at the customer’s expense.
There will be a small cost reshipping the new product; prices are dependent on location it is being shipped to.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy. If there is a fault in our product we will replace the item free of charge, upon return of the faulty product.
* Please note that reshipping parcels will sometimes not be reshipped in the original packaging.
